A Chatham woman faces charges after someone smacked a vehicle with a shovel recently.
Police were called Jan. 5 shortly before 8:45 a.m. to a Princess Street North address in Chatham over a report a woman had clonked a car with a shovel.
The officers saw the damage and spotted a woman nearby in possession of a shovel.
A 40-year-old Chatham woman is charged with mischief.
