One man had to limp into the hospital while another is now up on charges for allegedly throwing at knife at the victim.
Police were called Sunday morning about 1 p.m. by an employee of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance over injuries a man had suffered.
Officers learned the victim came to the emergency department needing treatment for a wound to his toe. That injury took place when another man threw a knife at the victim during a fight in Kent Bridge, police say.
A 35-year-old man is charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.
