Chatham-Kent Public library is enhancing learning for little ones at the Wheatley branch with the addition of an Early Literacy Station.
The child-friendly station features dedicated computers with child-sized keyboards and computer mice aimed at promoting interactive and educational digital learning.
Each station is loaded with French and English educational games promoting literacy and math skills.
The stations are set up on an accessible table so patrons of all sizes can easily access the computer at a suitable height.
The computers are available on a first-come first served basis, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; and Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
