It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas with the official lighting of the Christmas tree in Dresden taking place last week.
The event marks the official kick off of the community’s Merry and Bright shopping nights which will see local businesses stay open until 8 p.m. each Thursday until Christmas.
The shopping evenings are part of the community’s many Christmas Town festivities, supported by Dresden Shines.
This Saturday, Nov. 29, also marks the seventh annual Dresden Christmas Night Market, which runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
