A talk by local author Kelly Young will finish off the 2025 Literary Luncheon series at Mrs. Bell’s Tea Room Nov. 15.
Young has penned the popular Travel Writer Cozy Mystery series, the Haunted & Harassed Paranormal Mystery series, two thrillers, two horror short story collections and more. She’ll be speaking about fiction writing in general, with a focus on the Travel Writer series, as well as taking questions from the audience,
“I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences writing this series and my other books,” Young said recently in a media release. “I’ll be touching on how my own experiences have affected my writing, and how the term ‘write what you know’ comes into effect when you’re writing about things you’ve never done – like crime.”
Tickets for the event must be purchased in advance by contacting the Tea Room at 226-627-0248, as there are limited spaces available. Mrs. Bell’s Tea Room is located at 241 Grand Ave. East in Chatham.
