Someone faces charges in regard to the theft of scrap metal from somewhere on Colborne Street in Chatham Tuesday morning.
At about 5:45 a.m., police were called by a local business owner. It appears his security cameras captured footage of someone stealing scrap metal from this unnamed property/business.
Police say officers located a suspect and made the arrest. This person, who could be a man or woman and could be any age, is charged with break and enter.
