On man is in custody following the discharge of a firearm Sunday night in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police say they learned of the situation about 10:30 p.m. and responded to McNaughton Avenue West.
Officers attended and determined an adult male party had discharged a firearm and then fled from the property.
Through investigation officers located the suspect and arrested him. The 22-year-old man is facing multiple firearms-related charges.
There were no injuries and police say this was an isolated incident.
