Bail violations
On Thursday, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service investigated a bail violation.
A female was previously released from police custody on a Form 10 Undertaking with conditions not to communicate with an individual.
As a result of the alleged breach, a 43-year-old Chatham woman was arrested for two counts of failing to comply with her undertaking.
The female was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Also on Thursday, police responded to a suspicious vehicle on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
Police were told that two female parties were within the vehicle and appeared unresponsive. Upon police arrival, the driver of the vehicle fled from police. Through further investigation, a 25-year-old Chatham woman was located a short distance away and subsequently arrested by officers for two counts of failing to comply with her release order.
On the search incident to arrest, the female was found to be in possession of CDSA. As a result, she was additionally charged with two counts of possession and held pending a bail hearing.
Warrant arrest
While on general Patrol, the Chatham-Kent police located a 33-year-old Chatham male in the area of Raleigh Township.
Through investigation the male was found to be subject of an endorsed warrant for mischief.
The male was released on a Form 9 with a future court date.
