An assault on Nov. 6 has led to the second arrest of a 52-year-old Wallaceburg woman for the same crime.
According to Chatham-Kent police, the woman was arrested, charged and released with bail conditions and a court date last fall, however, she failed to show up for court.
A warrant was issued for her arrest.
Shortly before 7 p.m. on Feb. 15, the woman was located during a traffic stop on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg and she was arrested.
The accused has again been released with a future court date.
