The death of a Tilbury man at the Dutton-Dunwich rest stop on Highway 401 has been deemed non-suspicious.
Ontario Provincial Police report a member of the Elgin Detachment attended the scene Feb. 11, at around 9:46 a.m. to check on a suspicious vehicle.
The officers discovered a deceased individual inside.
Police say the 49-year-old man has been identified.
