A Chatham woman faces charges following a not-so-neighbourly discussion.
Chatham-Kent police got the call about 9:45 a.m. Wednesday morning for a complaint about a neighbour dispute on Wedgewood Avenue in Chatham.
Through investigation, police learned a woman threatened to cause harm to her neighbour. As the woman was being arrested, she threw a beverage at the officer and attempted to flee. The officer gained control of the woman and transported her to headquarters.
A 36-year-old Chatham woman was charged with uttering threats and assaulting a peace officer. She was held pending a bail hearing.
