Emma Dauphin, 10, right, with the assistance of her mother, Julie-Ann, left, as of early Thursday afternoon, was selling lemonade and snacks on Park Lane.
She plans to donate her proceeds to PAWR.
Last year, she raised $450, which benefitted PAWR and Big Fix GrassRoots Cat Rescue.
