Compliance issue

On May 13, a man was released from Court with several conditions. Two of those conditions stated that he was not to communicate with a specific Bothwell woman or attend her residence.

Last night, the man attended the woman’s home and began yelling at her.

Officers located the man inside the woman’s residence and he was arrested.

The 47-year-old man, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of failing to comply with his release conditions. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
