The COVID-19 yo-yo continues today in Chatham-Kent, with three more active cases than yesterday.
In total, we have 35 active cases, after six new ones were reported in the past 24 hours against three deemed resolved.
One less Chatham-Kent resident is in CKHA battling the virus, as the total dropped to eight.
Provincially, officials reported just 1,616 new cases in the past 24 hours. That’s the first time the Ontario number dipped below 2,000 new cases in a day since March 24, nearly two months ago.
