Breach of conditions

Shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 29, police were called to a residence in Blenheim after receiving information that a male party, who was bound by a Probation Order to not attend that location, was present at that residence.

A 28-year-old male was located and arrested for Breach of Probation and held for a bail hearing.

This morning at about 5 a.m., as a result of a traffic stop, a 45-year-old male was arrested in Wallaceburg on outstanding warrants for Breach of Probation and Failing to Attend Court.

He was later released from custody with a future court date.
