Chatham-Kent police are on the hunt for a man who robbed the Royal Bank in downtown Chatham Thursday in broad daylight, escaping on a mountain bike.
Shortly after 3 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police responded to a robbery at the Royal Bank on King Street West in Chatham.
Through investigation, police learned that an unknown man entered the bank and demanded cash from the teller.
The man was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on a white mountain bike.
No one in the bank was physically injured.
