Chatham-Kent police report they have spoken with a man in the wake of the report of suspicious activity in the community a month ago.
As previously released last month, on July 18, an unknown man approached a teenage girl in Thamesville and tried to convince her to get into his vehicle.
The girl said no and the man drove away.
Due to the power of social media and investigative techniques, the man and vehicle were identified.
A 26-year-old Thamesville man has been spoken to regarding his actions. No criminal charges will be laid, police say.
