Chatham-Kent police conducted two drug raids yesterday, resulting in four people being charged.
In the first incident, police executed search warrants on a residence and a vehicle in Chatham.
Officers seized about $7,000 in fentanyl, as well as a quantity of cash.
A 33-year-old Chatham man is charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a release order.
A 29-year-old Chatham man has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, failure to comply with a release order and failure to comply with probation.
And a 28-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
In the second incident, last night, police executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at a residence in Blenheim.
The search resulted in the seizure of cocaine, a firearm and ammunition.
A 29-year-old Blenheim man is charged with possession of a controlled substance and numerous weapons offences.
