A Saturday morning crash has left a Chatham woman with life threatening injuries.
Essex County OPP are investigating the crash, which took place about 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Lakeshore.
The collision occurred on County Road 42, between West Belle River Road and Rourke Line Road involving two vehicles with a single occupant driver in each.
A 69-year-old Chatham woman was taken to hospital for the treatment of life-threatening injuries.
An 18-year-old Essex man was transported to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
OPP West Region Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) were at the scene investigating and the road was closed for several hours.
