A dispute between neighbours last night in Chatham nearly got really ugly.
As it stands, one man faces charges.
Police say shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday, officers got called to Adelaide Street. They learned that during an argument one of the men involved brandished a utility knife “in an assaultive manner.”
A 25-year-old Chatham man is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and assault with a weapon.
