Chatham-Kent police say a repairman inappropriately touched a Wallaceburg woman in her apartment Dec. 30.
According to police, the man was in the apartment on Wallace Street to make maintenance repairs, but he touched the woman “in a sexual manner” over her clothes, and then left.
Officers located the suspect inside the building and made the arrest.
A 67-year-old Wallaceburg man is charged with sexual assault.
