Two men faces drug charges and one had to have a syringe removed from a body cavity, according to Chatham-Kent police, following an incident Friday night.
Police say two fellows were seen exchanging a syringe about 7 p.m.
Officers arrested and searched the two.
In the one man’s case, he was found to have another syringe full of what police believed to be illicit drugs.
As for the alleged buyer, police say he had concealed the syringe in a body cavity, and required medical attention to have it removed.
A 43-year-old man faces possession for the purpose of trafficking charges, while a 37-year-old man faces possession charges.
