Two Chatham men face charges following a domestic dispute and a clash between neighbours.
In the first instance, police were called to a Chatham residence Sunday afternoon for a domestic disturbance, and officers learned this wasn’t the first incident between the couple.
A 20-year-old Chatham man is charged with three counts of assault, two counts of forcible confinement, assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats.
Officers also received a call to attend a rather unneighbourly dispute in Chatham yesterday afternoon.
Police say the officers learned one man threatened his neighbour while in possession of a pellet gun and a baseball bat.
A 24-year-old Chatham man is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and uttering threats.
