A 75-year-old Raleigh Township woman is dead following an accident on Riverview Line west of Chatham last night.
Chatham-Kent police are still trying to piece together what happened. What they do know is that shortly after 6 p.m. Monday night, they were called to the scene of the crash between Bloomfield Road and Dillon Road. Police say the woman was headed west when she left the road and hit a tree.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
