Chatham-Kent police report a man stole a Studio 707 patio sofa set yesterday morning from the Hart store in the Downtown Chatham Centre.
The man, described as white, about 5-foot-6, between 25 and 35 years of age, with short, dark hair and unkempt facial hair, walked off with the L-shaped sofa and ottoman, worth an estimated $800.
Police say he was last seen wearing a long sleeve dark shirt and dark jeans.
