Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman suspected of forging doctor’s notes and prescriptions.
Police say back in April they got the call from a business over concerns an employee might have been identifying herself as a doctor who was writing forged doctor’s notes and prescriptions.
Following an in-depth investigation, police arrested a woman last night.
A 39-year-old Chatham woman is charged with two counts of fraud, two counts of making a forged document and two counts of use and acting on forged documents.
