Chatham-Kent police executed a drug raid in Chatham yesterday. The only problem was there was nobody home.
Police seized drug paraphernalia along with a quantity of cash.
The homeowner, however, was located during a traffic stop yesterday afternoon.
A 25-year-old Chatham man is charged with drug possession.
