A Chatham man will answer to a slew of domestic violence related charges following an incident Sunday.
Chatham-Kent police say early Sunday morning an argument turned physical between a man and his ex-girlfriend. Officers investigated and learned this wasn’t the first incident of domestic violence during their relationship.
On Monday afternoon, officers arrested their suspect.
A 52-year-old Chatham man faces charges of assault, assault causing bodily harm, two counts of forcible confinement and three counts of uttering threats.
