Four real estate agents with Peifer Realty Inc. earned awards as members of the top sellers for the company across Canada.

Penny Wilton, Elliott Wilton, Patrick Pinsonneault and Eric Fitzgerald are winners of the 2018 National Chairman’s Club Award, handed out to the top one per cent of residential sellers in the company.

This despite low inventory levels in terms of houses for sale in Chatham-Kent.

Royal LePage has more than 18,000 agents across the country.

Brian Peifer, the broker of record for Peifer Realty, said the four agents deserve the praise.

“We are very proud of the extraordinary accomplishments and unwavering commitment to excellence displayed by our agents,” he said. “I think it speaks volumes about their work ethic and their level of expertise. This is just one more example that through their hard work they’ve achieved these benefits.”

Peifer added their efforts are appreciated.

“There’s only one place I’m aware of where success comes before work, and that’s in the dictionary,” he said. “These people are proof positive that hard work brings and breeds success.”

Peifer said low inventory levels can make it challenging for real estate agents.

“You have to have inventory; you have to have listings or you don’t have any product to sell or you are forever trying to sell someone else’s,” he explained.

A Royal LePage agent qualifies for the National Chairman’s Club Award if he or she is in the top one percent of the Royal LePage residential sales force based on closed and collected commissions.

Pinsonneault also cracked the top 10 in terms of sales among Royal LePage agents in the province. He ranked fourth, Peifer said, earning Individual Regional Top 10 recognition.
