Members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service and support staff went overboard this year in their effort to donate toys to the Salvation Army.
Organizer Kris Herfst said the group doubled its contribution, as the police membership and community really came through.
Donations from the Police Services Board and the Police Association also took them over the top.
