An early morning traffic stop in Chatham led to everyone in the car getting arrested.

Police say an officer on general patrol stopped a vehicle near Victoria Avenue and Grand Avenue early this morning.

At that time, the female passenger in the back seat tried to hide her face with the hood of her coat, but police say the officer identified the woman and learned she was bound by an overnight curfew.

As the officer conducted a search during the arrest, baggies of cocaine were discovered.

The front passenger, another woman, was found to be in possession of crystal meth.

All three occupants, a 49-year-old Leamington man, a 45-year-old Leamington woman, and a 32-year-old Chatham woman, face two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. The Chatham woman faces an additional charge of failing to comply.
