A Chatham man faces harassment charges after another man put up with more than a year of crap.
Police say that last summer, the victim began receiving harassing messages through Facebook from a former co-worker.
The victim blocked the man, but he continued to make comments whenever he saw the victim making deliveries. A month later, police say, the man spat on the victim’s delivery truck.
Last month, police say, the man made the shape of a gun with his hand and pointed it at the victim as he was leaving a parking lot.
This weekend, the man approached the victim again, police say, this time hitting him from behind.
Last night, officers arrested a 27-year-old Chatham man and charged him with criminal harassment, uttering threats, and assault.
