Out of commission since the early spring, a section of New Scotland Line should reopen at the end of November.
The road has been closed near Kent Bridge Road after heavy rains caused the deterioration of the culvert for the Bates-Bloomfield drain, closing the road.
Replacement construction is slated to begin in early November, with the completion date set for Nov. 30.
