Rash of B&Es continues

Sometime over the weekend, someone got into a fenced compound of a business on Park Avenue West in Chatham and stole $5,000 worth of tools from company vehicles.

Also on the weekend, sometime Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., someone got into an unlocked shed on William Street in Wallaceburg and stole a red Toro trimmer and green Ryobi edger attachment.

As well, sometime overnight Saturday to Sunday, someone broke into a Stanley Avenue residence in Chatham, making off with shoes, vintage baseball cards and some electronics.

Also overnight Saturday, somebody broke into a barn on Glasgow Line near Dresden and stole four ATV tracks, as well as some venison.

And on Saturday, police responded to a call of a break-in on Riverview Line near Chatham. Sometime during the day, someone got into a construction trailer and stole various tools, including a Honda generator.
