The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Terence Menezes, Diagnostic Radiologist, to CKHA’s Radiology Department.
“Dr. Menezes is joining a Radiology Department that is committed to providing CKHA’s patients with quality care using state of the art imaging technology,” Dr. Pervez Faruqi, Chief of Staff, said in a release. “As a new physician, Dr. Menezes’ passion for the profession and talents will be well placed within the department.”
Starting at CKHA in early July, Menezes is originally from Mississauga. He attended Western University where he received his Bachelor of Medical Sciences in 2007. He then studied at Saba University School of Medicine, from 2008 to 2012. Menezes completed one year of Medical Residency at The Jewish Hospital – Mercy Health, in Cincinnati, Ohio, before completing his training as a Radiology Resident at the Albany Medical Centre in New York over the next four years. He recently completed a yearlong Cross-Sectional Fellowship at McMaster University in Hamilton.
“I chose CKHA for its compassionate team of staff, physicians and volunteers who wholeheartedly serve the medical needs of patients. CKHA is a leader in collaborative education and practice, a national leader in green healthcare sustainability and is invested in patient and staff safety and quality initiatives,” Menezes said in a release. “I look forward to calling Chatham-Kent home and to enjoying southwestern Ontario’s warm climate, close proximity to water and beautiful natural scenery.”
