Skies darkened over Lake Erie recently, a familiar sight this spring. The wet weather throughout Chatham-Kent has delayed planting by area farmers, caused localized flooding in areas such as Rondeau, to the point it cancelled camping at the provincial park over the weekend, and generally put a grey mood over many in our community.
