A Wallaceburg man is facing charges after someone kicked in the door of a woman’s residence on the weekend.
Police say on Saturday about 3 p.m., a man booted his way through the door. The woman demanded that he leave, and he did.
Officers investigated and determined the man is on a probation order to not communicated with that woman, or be within 50 metres of her.
On Monday at about 1 p.m., police arrested a 27-year-old Wallaceburg man and charged him with two counts of breach of probation and break and enter.
