Thieves were busy in the last 24 hours in Chatham-Kent.
Sometime yesterday morning between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., someone stole an unlocked blue 2007 Dodge Caravan from a residence on St. Clair Road. The van was last seen with Ontario license plates AYBK 483. Value of the theft is estimated at $7,000.

In Blenheim last night, between 5:40 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., someone entered an unlocked residence on Ford Crescent and stole an undisclosed quantity of cash.

And in Chatham sometime yesterday between 6:20 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., someone forced their way into an apartment on Merritt Avenue. Once inside, the suspect stole various electronics valued at approximately $2000.
