It turns out Merlin residents will not lose power for a few hours this coming weekend.
Hydro One rescheduled a planned outage to May 15 between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. The cut to power to the town was to take place between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. May 7.
The outage will impact all of Merlin, including Entegrus customers, and is being done to allow for equipment maintenance.
