Chatham-Kent police are searching for a female suspect after a bold daytime break and enter in north Chatham.
Around 4:15 p.m. yesterday afternoon, a homeowner on Baldoon Road was outside doing yard work when she observed a stranger exiting her residence. The Asian woman was described as 30-40 years, with a very strong accent and approximately 5’2” in height. She was last seen running towards Oxley Drive wearing dark clothing. As the homeowner checked inside, she noticed that contents of her jewelry box had been stolen.
