A 32-year-old Chatham man has been charged with trespassing by night after he was found in the area of Pioneer Line just before 4 a.m. this morning.
Around 3:30 a.m. police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the area. Officers located the man around a residence in which he did not have permission to be.
He had been released from custody in December with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to obey a daily curfew of 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
