Chatham-Kent police believe they found their man in connection with a Feb. 5 theft at the downtown LCBO. Someone walked in empty handed, and walked out with two 60 oz. bottles of Crown Royal.
Police arrested Christopher Heeley, 23, Sunday morning, and charged him with theft and possession of property obtained by crime.
