Local police spent a busy day Tuesday rounding up citizens wanted on outstanding warrants.

Yesterday afternoon, police located a Wallaceburg man in the area of Colborne Street and Sass Road in Chatham. After being arrested in December for theft and possession of property obtained by crime, the man failed to show up to have his fingerprints taken last month and subsequently missed court the following day.

Last night Sarnia police took a woman in custody who failed to attended court last month on charges of break and enter, theft under $5000, possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000 and drug possession.

The 51-year-old Sarnia woman was transported back to Chatham-Kent for court purposes.  She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Finally a 22-year-old Chatham woman is back in custody after being located for failing to attend a December court date to face charges of theft under $5000 and breach of probation.

She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
