Early Sunday morning disturbance ended up with a 28-year-old Wallaceburg man being charged with violating the terms of an earlier court order and jailed pending a bail hearing.
Police were called to the Retro Suites hotel where a man was refusing to leave the lobby. He was bound by an order to be under house arrest, not consume alcohol and be in the company of his surety.
The man has been charged with three counts of failing to comply with a recognizance and has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
