Shortly before noon yesterday, police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Bristol Drive in Chatham.
The driver lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck a hydro pole causing approximately $5000 damage. Luckily, he was not injured.
The 20-year-old Chatham man was charged with careless driving.
Around 1:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police responded to a two vehicle collision on Lowe Avenue in Wallaceburg. No one was injured.
Total damage was estimated at $15,000.
