In September a 35-year-old Wallaceburg man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to abstain from communicating or associating with a specific Wallaceburg woman.
On December 7, around 6:00 p.m. the woman observed the man walking by her residence. As she pulled out of the driveway he threw a partial can of beer at her car. Minutes later, the man entered the business where the woman was and began yelling at her in public. The man fled prior to police arrival and a warrant for his arrest was issued for the offences of failing to comply.
Yesterday afternoon, police located the man and he was apprehended. The 35-year-old Wallaceburg man has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
