On Wednesday a man uttered a threat towards a family member who resides in Chatham.
The man was located in Windsor and apprehended.
He was transported back to Chatham-Kent for court purposes.
The 51-year-old Windsor man has been charged with uttering threats.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
