On September 14, 2015 at approximately 7:15 a.m. Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the intersection of Kimball Road at Oil Springs Line, St. Clair Township, Ontario to investigate a collision between a school bus and a small compact car.
The school bus suffered minor damage while the compact car suffered extensive damage. None of the four occupants of the school bus were injured while all three of the occupants of the compact car were sent to hospital with minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
The intersection was closed for approximately three hours to facilitate the investigation and removal of the involved vehicles. The intersection is now open and there is no longer a police presence.
