Chatham-Kent Police reminds its citizens to plan ahead and have a designated driver. The threshold for a 3/7/30 suspension is 50mg alcohol/100ml of blood, and a criminal charge is laid once you reach 80mg alcohol/100ml of blood. If you’re questioning whether or not you’re exceeding the limitations, don’t drive.
