Fire officials are still combing through the scene at a Wheatley home that suffered a quarter of a million dollars of damage in a fire which broke out shortly after two p.m. yesterday.
Firefighters from Wheatley and Tilbury stations responded to the Erie Street South home and were able to save part of the structure after a two hour battle. No cause has been established.
